Important notice

This privacy notice is a starter template and should be updated to identify the legal business, contact information, actual service providers, and every jurisdiction in which the store operates. It describes the storefront's intended data practices but does not replace a privacy audit.

Information collected

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, password credentials in protected form, shipping address, cart contents, orders, and support communications. We also process order and Bitcoin invoice metadata, such as invoice identifiers, payment status, amounts, timestamps, and public blockchain transaction information. We do not need your wallet seed phrase or private keys and will never ask for them.

The website and hosting providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request logs, approximate location derived from an IP address, cookie or session identifiers, and security events. The cart may use browser storage, and account sign-in uses an essential session cookie.

How information is used

We use information to create and secure accounts, display and fulfill orders, create and reconcile Bitcoin invoices, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain records, improve the store, comply with law, and protect customers and the business.

How information is shared

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with infrastructure, database, image-hosting, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, shipping, and payment-infrastructure providers acting for the store. A public Bitcoin network records transaction data independently. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell customer wallet credentials because we never collect them. Before launch, the seller should accurately state whether personal information is sold, shared for targeted advertising, or used with nonessential analytics and provide any legally required opt-out controls.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. Different records may have different retention periods. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-integrity reasons. Use an authenticated account or order page to make a request. Identity verification may be required.

Children

The store is not directed to children, and customers must be at least 18 years old. Do not submit personal information for a child through the storefront.

International processing and changes

Service providers may process information in locations with different data-protection laws. The seller should document applicable transfer safeguards before serving customers outside its primary country. We may publish a revised notice when practices change; the effective date and version appear on this page.
